Centre Manager

Kingswim Deakin is building momentum… now it’s time to take it further

We’re looking for a Centre Manager to lead our established Kingswim Deakin facility, with solid foundations, a great team, and plenty of opportunity ahead.

This isn’t about starting from scratch. It’s about stepping in with the leadership to strengthen it, shape it, and take it to the next level.

You’ll lead from the front, building a team that is engaged, supported, and clear on what great looks like. You’ll be visible on pool deck, setting the standard, driving performance, and ensuring every family has a consistent, high-quality experience.

You’ll be right in the action, leading your supervisors, supporting your team, jumping in to teach when needed, and making sure every shift runs with purpose and energy. From coaching your team to celebrating wins with young swimmers, no two days look the same.

The Centre Manager position is a permanent full-time role, with an hourly rate of $44.97 per hour + superannuation. You will be required to be flexible in attendance across all shifts, including weekend work (time in lieu provided).
