Assistant Centre Manager

What You’ll Do

• Support the Centre Manager and help lead an enthusiastic team
• Drive an exceptional learn‑to‑swim program
• Deliver standout customer experiences
• Maintain a safe, well‑run facility
• Build strong connections with the local community
• flexible in attendance across all shifts, including weekend and evening work

This is a full‑time role, paid at $33.31/hr (Level 7 Fitness Industry Award).
