Assistant Centre Manager

Kingswim Deakin is on the lookout for an Assistant Centre Manager to lead our established facility, with solid foundations, a great team, and plenty of opportunity ahead.

You’ll be right in the action, supporting the team on pool deck, jumping in to teach our little swimmers, driving great customer experiences, and helping shape a culture where people love coming to work and families keep coming back.

This is a full‑time role, paid at $33.31/hr (Level 7 Fitness Industry Award).
