The successful candidate will be required to;

  • Greet clients and visitors and manage phone enquiries
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Creation and updating of word documents and excel spreadsheets
  • Payroll duties including invoicing
  • Maintain up to date database records
  • Filing and scanning
  • Ordering of office supplies

Key position details

  • Hours: 5 Days 35-38 hours, School friendly hours available (9-3)
  • Location: Albury NSW

About You

  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • Completion of a work placement within business administration (desirable)
  • 5+ years experience in MYOB and payroll functions
  • Able to obtain a police check
