Kent is hiring a senior industry-experienced Branch Manager to take ownership of our high-performing Sydney operation and drive its next phase of growth.
We are looking for someone ready to build, optimise, and outperform.
The Role
Reporting to the onsite Regional General Manager, you will take full operational and commercial responsibility for the Sydney Branch.
You will lead through:
- Maintaining and growing the profit position of the region through effective management of the sales function and operational expenses
- Promoting and advocating the highest level of customer service across all areas of the business
- Direct leadership of an Operations Manager and Warehouse Manager
- Full P&L accountability
- Operational cost control and margin improvement
- Labour optimisation and fleet efficiency
- Warehouse performance and asset utilisation
- Ensure Kent’s safety standards are met on site and your most important asset, your people, advocate safety as a priority
- Strategic growth planning across NSW/ACT
- Regional travel in NSW/ACT when required
This is a visible leadership role with real influence.
