The Opportunity

As a Staff Accountant, you will be a key player in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will have at least 2 years' experience in a public practice environment.

Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
  • Develop client relationships by providing exemplary service and solutions to add long-term value
  • Prepare and compile accurate financial statements for clients
  • Perform detailed bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate cash records
  • Manage payroll tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate compliance 
  • Assist with diverse client projects across multiple industries
  • Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years' public accounting experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred
  • Strong in QuickBooks and payroll experience
  •  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Client management and time management skills
