The Opportunity

As a team member in our Griffith office, you'll build strong foundations and grow your technical skills with genuine support around you. Whether you're just starting out or already have a couple of years under your belt, you'll gain hands-on experience across a diverse client base, with the mentoring and training to help you progress. This is a place to learn, ask questions and take on more as you're ready. 

Position Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
  • Support the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG obligations across a range of client structures
  • Work alongside Partners and senior team members to deliver great outcomes for clients
  • Contribute to tax and advisory work for a diverse client portfolio
  • Build and develop long-term client relationships through proactive, reliable service
  • Liaise with the ATO and other statutory authorities on behalf of clients
  • Participate in training sessions, technical workshops, team meetings and social events
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Griffith office

About You

  • 0–3 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting practice (recent graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Working towards, or planning to commence, the CA Program
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
  • Solid technical accounting knowledge, or a genuine eagerness to build it
  • Experience with APS accounting software (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, motivated and genuinely keen to learn, grow and develop professionally
