The Opportunity

As a Manager in our Griffith office, you will play an important part in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth. You will become an integral part of the broader team and be mentored by Partners to help you grow into leadership positions. This isn’t just compliance work. As a Manager, you’ll be providing high value advisory work and helping clients navigate complex challenges. You will also play a key role in mentoring and supporting the Griffith team, helping shape a culture of excellence, growth and community.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
  • Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
  • Mentor and train staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Development and manage client relationships, providing expert advisory service and solutions to add long-term value
  • Lead and review the preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
  • Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts
  • Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
  • Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
  • Help provide exceptional service to our clients

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
  • Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
  • Expertise in APS accounting software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
  • Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
