Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience and working within a multi-disciplinary marketing team, the SEO Specialist contributes to growth of the Kelly+Partners brand through planning, managing, and executing SEO strategies targeted at increasing organic search rankings, site traffic, lead generation and revenue growth.

This position will have responsibility for the following: 

 Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute local and global SEO strategies targeted at increasing organic search rankings, site traffic, lead generation and revenue growth.

· Utilise SEO best practice to review, plan, build and manage our long-term SEO strategy for the overall Kelly+Partners brand and our local office locations.


· Conduct on-going keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink analysis to optimise website visibility, usability and improve overall digital marketing activity.


· Collaborate with our paid search, content, and web specialists to optimise all digital activity.


· Prepare monthly SEO reports highlighting our organic search performance, changes to key metrics and insights that might explain why these changes occurred.


· Be the voice of SEO in the business, who will not only advocate for SEO, but also educate those around you.  

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

Who we’re looking for:


· 3+ years’ experience in an SEO-focused role.

· SEO, Digital Marketing, or similar certifications

· Experience working with popular SEO tools similar to, but limited to (Majestic SEO, SEMrush, AHREFs or others)

· Solid understanding of search and content marketing, YMYL and E-A-T principles


· Strong strategic, written, and verbal communication skills.


· Analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented.


· You value an evidence-based approach over trends and hype.


· Experience in removing links and Google reconsideration requests.


· An interest in how AI tools can help you work better and faster on a personal and larger business scale.
