Your Role

This position provides a clear path for long-term career growth, with the opportunity to work closely alongside experienced Partners committed to mentoring and developing future leaders. You will gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of client work, build strong technical and advisory skills, and be trusted with increasing responsibility as you progress.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
  • Take lead in the preparation Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
  • Prepare BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of entities
  • Prepare and deliver annual workers compensation and payroll tax reconciliations
  • Be coached directly by an experienced Partner with an aim to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients
  • Help provide an exceptional service to our clients
  • Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events

What You Bring:

You are ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to take the next step in your career within a team that backs your growth. You bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
  • CA qualification or currently undertaking CA studies
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Familiarity with practice management platforms like MYOB AE, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks - or a strong aptitude for learning new systems
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
  • A client-first mindset and commitment to delivering quality service
  • A long-term vision to grow into a leadership role and contribute meaningfully to the team
