This position will have responsibility for the following:

  • Client Service Associate - managing incoming and outgoing client correspondence
  • Account Opening, Document and File Management, data entry
  • Manage wrap platforms
  • Prepare client reports and presentations and work closely in support of our Wealth Partners
  • Cash Management and share transfers
  • Manage personal insurance submissions
  • Ensure compliance procedures are met
  • Book meetings and appointments
  • Administrative and operational support for the Wealth business

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • HSC and or Degree qualified
  • Prior experience in wealth management, working as either a desk assistant, Client service associate or within back office functions
  • Interest in building a long term career in wealth management/ financial planning
  • Experience in using wrap platforms
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and driven attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
