This position will have responsibility for the following: 

  • Be the face and voice of the Kelly+Partners Southern Highlands office
  • Answer and respond to all incoming phone calls. Look after all visitors and clients who come into the reception area, including organising refreshments as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and manage mail and courier deliveries coming in and going out.
  • Provide administrative support to the Client Director, Client Manager and broader team as and when required.
  • Ensure stationery, printer / paper and office supplies are in stock and at adequate levels
  • Assisting projects that contribute towards building the culture of Kelly+Partners
  • Other duties as required
