The Role: Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a driven Marketing Coordinator who will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving consideration and engaging new and existing clients for the Kelly+Partners brand. You’ll contribute across the entire marketing spectrum with a strong focus on digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and implementation of local area marketing plans and initiatives across various digital and non-digital channels.
- Help plan, execute, and manage email campaigns in HubSpot and Mailchimp.
- Manage Google AdWords and social media advertising campaigns.
- Own the social media content calendar, including content creation and copywriting.
- Help manage, build, and optimise website and landing pages in HubSpot.
- Create monthly performance reports to track and analyse results.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team on diverse marketing activities and channels.
- Assist in SEO efforts and manage the digital footprint of Kelly+Partners and its 32+ office locations.
- Assist in developing thought-leadership content for monthly and quarterly newsletters and publications.
About You
You will thrive in this role if you are:
- Degree‑qualified in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
- Proficient working with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
- Experienced (2+ years) in digital marketing, particularly across HubSpot, social media and paid advertising
- Skilled or confident in Adobe Creative Suite (highly advantageous)
- Able to plan and execute omni‑channel marketing campaigns
- A strong verbal and written communicator
- Comfortable managing relationships with senior stakeholders
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work autonomously
- Curious, creative and motivated to continuously improve
