Your Role

This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone ready to step up and influence outcomes. You’ll lead client work, guide junior accountants, and collaborate with Partners on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading preparation and review of Financial Statements and Tax Returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and SMSFs
  • Overseeing BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG compliance
  • Driving staff training and fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Providing tax planning and advisory services alongside Partners
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service
  • Contributing to firm-wide leadership initiatives and growth projects

What You Bring

  • 4+ years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
  • Chartered Accountant qualification (or near completion)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Strong leadership potential and a long-term vision for partnership
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and client-first mindset
  • Expertise in practice management platforms like MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks - or a strong aptitude for learning new systems
