The Opportunity
As the Business Manager – Private Wealth, you will play a vital role in supporting the team and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the broader operations team and will be looking to take the next step in their career.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to Partners and senior leaders, including calendar and inbox management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and preparation of client-facing materials
- Assist with the planning and coordination of internal and external meetings, events, and presentations.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Support marketing initiatives, including drafting and scheduling social media posts, creating blog content, and collaborating with the team on promotional activities.
- Coordinate the logistics and execution of events, including seminars, client functions, and internal team activities.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or professional administrative role, ideally within an accounting, finance, or other professional services firm.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in executive or business support.
- Recently completed or currently undertaking a University degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic with a strong sense of initiative.
