The Opportunity

As an Administration Assistant, you will be a key player in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth. Your primary focus will be to support the team with effective and efficient administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database management (AE and Karbon etc)
  • Onboarding of new clients into our system
  • Company and trust setups
  • ASIC and ATO Lodgements

This position is located in Wollongong, considering relocation? We’re growing rapidly and have many locations across Australia, including Rozelle, Brookvale, Oran Park, North Sydney, Singleton Dungog and beyond NSW including the Gold Coast and Melbourne CBD. Selection Criteria

To ensure your success, in addition to sharing our purpose and values, you will be a team player with professional level communication and interpersonal skills and be driven to find win-win solutions for our clients.

Capabilities:

  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Database administration

Knowledge:

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel

Experience:

  • 1-2 years in a similar position

Qualifications:

  • Administration or Technology certification will be highly regarded but not essential
