Your Next Opportunity

As a Graduate or Junior Accountant, you’ll gain hands-on experience, work closely with senior leaders, and receive ongoing mentorship to help you grow. We’re committed to your development, providing the training and resources you need to build a strong foundation and excel in your career.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
- Completing BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG obligations
- Managing payroll tax and workers compensation reconciliations
- Liaising with statutory authorities and supporting clients
- Participating in team events and monthly tax updates
- Supporting a culture of growth, accountability, and shared success
About You:
- 0-2 years’ experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice
- CA qualification or currently undertaking CA studies
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Familiarity with practice management platforms like MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and QuickBooks - or a strong aptitude for learning new systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic
