The Opportunity

As a Graduate Strata Auditor, you will be a key player in enabling Kelly+Partners’ next phase of growth. You will become an integral part of the broader team and be mentored by Partners to help you grow as a professional and into leadership positions.  Position Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
  • Learn and apply audit techniques, sampling methods, and risk assessments under guidance
  • Develop skills to analyse financial statements for accuracy and compliance with strata legislation
  • Gain knowledge of strata regulations and Owners Corporations’ budget and fund management
  • Support communication of audit findings to clients, both verbally and in writing, with supervision
  • Assist clients with accounting software setup and optimisation
  • Help manage work in progress and prepare draft invoices
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, auditing practices, and strata legislation
  • Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events

 About You

  • Recently graduated or undertaking your final semester of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar
  • Experience working in a Chartered Accounting Practice (desirable)
  • Familiarity with audit tools or accounting software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients
