What You’ll Be Doing:
Your mission? Make every client and visitor feel amazing from the moment they walk in. You’ll be the heart of the office, helping keep everything running smoothly with tasks like:
- Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and enthusiasm
- Answering and directing calls
- Managing shared inboxes and calendars
- Keeping meeting rooms looking sharp
- Supporting our paperless environment (scanning, archiving, organising)
- Managing office supplies
- Handling mail
- Helping organise team events and office fun.
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day admin, including social media posting, content scheduling and client communications.
What We’re Looking For:
You’re someone who brings great energy wherever you go. You love people, love helping, and love making things run smoothly. You have:
- Strong MS Outlook and Word skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Great attention to detail
- A proactive, “I’ve got this!” attitude
- A friendly, team-first approach
- Ideally 2+ years of reception or admin experience.
