What You’ll Be Doing:

Your mission? Make every client and visitor feel amazing from the moment they walk in. You’ll be the heart of the office, helping keep everything running smoothly with tasks like:

  • Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Managing shared inboxes and calendars
  • Keeping meeting rooms looking sharp
  • Supporting our paperless environment (scanning, archiving, organising)
  • Managing office supplies
  • Handling mail
  • Helping organise team events and office fun.
  • Support the marketing team with day-to-day admin, including social media posting, content scheduling and client communications.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re someone who brings great energy wherever you go. You love people, love helping, and love making things run smoothly. You have:

  • Strong MS Outlook and Word skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • A proactive, “I’ve got this!” attitude
  • A friendly, team-first approach
  • Ideally 2+ years of reception or admin experience.
  • Meta Business Suite & Canva
