  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across Defence headquarters, project offices, and broader stakeholder groups
  • Provide program reporting, delivery updates, and strategic insights to senior leadership and clients
  • Support workforce planning, resource forecasting, and recruitment activities aligned to project delivery requirements
  • Apply strong commercial awareness while balancing customer satisfaction and program outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery performance and expand account growth within the GWEO environment
  • Mentor, coach, and lead assigned personnel while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
  • Drive a positive HSSE culture and ensure compliance with KBR policies, processes, and governance frameworks
  • Support contractor and subcontractor engagement activities where required
  • Provide strategic project management analysis, planning, and consultancy support across the program lifecycle

As the ideal candidate you will bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience in program delivery, project management, contract management, or professional consulting within Defence or complex government environments
  • Strong Defence industry experience, ideally supporting Commonwealth acquisition or capability programs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across Defence, industry, and project teams
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and client engagement skills
  • Experience leading delivery outcomes across complex, fast-paced project environments
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and workforce planning capability
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage teams effectively
  • Commercial awareness and experience balancing customer outcomes with business objectives
  • Ability to work autonomously and operate effectively in high-profile client-facing environments
  • Ability to access ITAR-controlled material
  • Current NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance (minimum mandatory)
