The Opportunity
KBR is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Officer to help deliver and sustain complex Defence capabilities. This role supports the development of support requirements, ILS documentation, and logistics strategies across the full capability lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in ensuring systems are supportable, effective, and mission-ready through strong analysis, governance, and stakeholder engageme
Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and refine support requirements and ILS frameworks
- Provide controlling support requirements across program and sustainment activities
- Plan, manage, and execute logistics support activities across Defence capability systems
- Conduct monitoring, analysis, and control reviews to ensure supportability outcomes are achieved
- Develop and maintain ILS documentation, including technical management strategies, support plans, and instructions
- Prepare and deliver Statements of Work (SOW) and ILS performance documentation
- Participate in tender evaluations, source selections, and procurement activities
- Provide technical input and advice across acquisition and sustainment phases
- Ensure compliance with Defence logistics and supportability standards
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
- Experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) within Defence or complex engineering environments
- Strong understanding of logistics support analysis, sustainment planning, and system lifecycle support
- Experience developing ILS documentation, support plans, and technical management strategies
- Ability to contribute to tender evaluations and source selection processes
- Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring and controlling support performance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Defence industry experience highly desirable
- Minimum AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance and Australian citizenship required to be eligible.
