  • Identify technical challenges and deliver effective solutions in evolving and ambiguous environments
  • Collaborate with engineering, SME and project teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Ensure compliance with Defence standards, policies, and quality frameworks
  • Conduct testing, validation and defect resolution activities
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including software baselines and technical artefacts
  • Continuously improve system performance, maintainability, and scalability

As the ideal candidate you will bring:

  • Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline

  • Exposure to full-stack development, including GUI, APIs, databases and containerisation (e.g. Docker)
  • Experience in Defence and/or Electronic Warfare environments (highly regarded)
  • Knowledge of software testing, QA, and validation processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex and evolving requirements
  • Minimum AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance and Australian citizenship required to be eligible.
