The Opportunity
KBR s looking to grow our work force for potential some possible incoming project/s within the maritime space. We are seeking an experienced Requirements Manager to lead requirements engineering across delivery support activities. This role is critical in ensuring robust, traceable and compliant requirements management practices that underpin system integrity, assurance and successful program delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements engineering activities across the delivery lifecycle, including analysis, definition, decomposition and traceability into system design, verification & validation (V&V), and assurance artefacts.
- Develop and maintain requirements sets, traceability matrices and V&V mapping to support system integrity and alignment.
- Establish and sustain a coherent, controlled and traceable requirements baseline, ensuring alignment across technical work packages and preventing scope creep and rework.
- Manage requirements change control, including governance, impact assessment and compliance evidence capture.
- Support compliance, certification and assurance activities by integrating requirements evidence into governance and program artefacts.
- Maintain decision logs, coordinate stakeholders and contribute to reporting inputs to support effective program governance.
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
- Proven experience in requirements management within complex engineering or defence programs
- Strong understanding of requirements lifecycle, traceability and V&V integration
- Experience with change management processes and compliance documentation
- Ability to support assurance, certification and governance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Minimum AGSVA NV1 Security Clearance and Australian citizenship required to be eligible.
