The Role:

Kay & Burton provide a diverse working environment and your role will vary daily. Daily your role will include:

. To manage outlook emails / diary and schedule meetings as requested

. Manage and prioritise administration tasks

. Complete sales administration activities to assist your direct manager (e.g. prepare comparable sales, appraisal files, submission letters, marketing campaigns, etc.)

. Prepare and complete administration tasks (letters, phone and reception duties)

. Maintain property files and ensure all selling authorities and marketing documentation is signed by vendors prior to any marketing being booked on their behalf

. Co-ordinate and prepare all relevant documentation required for new listings

. Approve marketing materials prior to production in consultation with vendors

. Attend meetings with clients, vendors , trades people, building and pest inspections etc. as required

. Attend OFI’s and private inspections

 .Work together with your direct manager to provide efficient and timely output for marketing campaigns

. Produce weekly progress reports for vendors

. Liaise with solicitors and conveyancers as required

. Operate and manage Agent Box database

. Assist with preparation and delivery of client gifts as required

. Prepare property and data and PDOL reports


To be successful in this role you will need to possess:

·        Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role supporting senior management will be highly regarded

·        Demonstrated administration experience in a fast-paced environment

·        Strong attention to detail

·        Excellent communication and time management skills

·        Strong customer focus

·        Well-developed networking skills

·        A can do, positive attitude

·        Agents Representative Certificate

·        Current drivers licence and access to your own vehicle
