As a Casual Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador for the Kate Spade brand, delivering warm, personalised service while supporting the day‑to‑day success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and styling support
• Build genuine relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support stock management and general store operations
• Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment

About You

• Passionate about fashion, accessories, and the Kate Spade brand
• Confident, approachable, and customer‑centric
• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred)
• Sales‑focused with a positive, proactive mindset
• Reliable and strong work ethic, passionate about sales and customer service
• Team‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced retail environment
• Available at least 4-5 days a week ( across weekends and weekdays)
