Who You Are

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Kate Spade Commercial Bay, Auckland. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and create a client-centric culture that reflects the spirit of Kate Spade.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10+ to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive store performance through strategic sales planning and team development.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coaching of team members.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager on rostering, operational excellence, and brand presentation.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business development.
• Maintain high standards in customer service and visual merchandising.

Your Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales, achieve KPIs, and manage budgets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for fashion, storytelling, and delivering joyful experiences.
