The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Homebush DFO. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a globally recognised luxury retail brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced outlet environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience, building strong client relationships
  • Drive individual and team sales targets while maintaining high visual merchandising standards
  • Support day-to-day store operations including stock management, replenishment, and VM
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and represent the Kate Spade brand with confidence
  • Assist with store opening and closing duties

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous retail experience (fashion, premium or outlet experience is highly regarded)
  • Strong passion for fashion, luxury retail, and customer service
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Set full-time roster (37.5 hours per week)
