About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the Kate Spade brand—creating memorable experiences for every customer while driving sales and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service aligned with the kate spade brand
• Build strong customer relationships and provide styling advice
• Drive sales through product knowledge and effective selling techniques
• Assist with visual merchandising standards and stock management
• Support the team to maintain a positive and energetic store environment

About You

• Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion or luxury retail highly regarded)
• A confident, warm, and engaging communication style
• Passion for fashion and the Kate spade aesthetic
• Reliable, flexible, and team‑oriented
• Sales‑driven with a customer‑first mindset
• Available at least 3–4 days per week
• Availability across weekdays, weekends, and peak trade periods is essential
