• Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, engagement and retention programs

• Identify and mitigate people risks while supporting positive business outcomes

• Build strong relationships through regular engagement with project teams and operational leaders

• Contribute to People & Culture projects and continuous improvement initiatives

• Leverage technology, AI and people data to drive better people and business outcomes

Alternatively, you may be an established People & Culture Business Partner seeking a new challenge in a dynamic, growth-focused organisation.

  • Confidence partnering with leaders and providing commercially focused people advice that supports business outcomes
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • A pragmatic, hands-on and solutions-focused approach
  • Willingness to regularly spend time on project sites and in our Melbourne CBD office
  • Experience supporting operational, project-based or blue-collar workforces will be highly regarded, particularly within construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, logistics, transport, facilities management or similar industries
