The Role

We’re looking for Project Coordinators and Senior Project Coordinators to join our delivery teams across a diverse range of projects, including data centres, high-end residential, commercial and education builds.

While our internal titles are Project Coordinator and Senior Project Coordinator, we welcome candidates who may currently hold titles such as Project Engineer or Site Engineer, with comparable experience in a builder-side or head contractor environment.

This role sits at the centre of project execution — owning trade package coordination, driving subcontractor performance, and ensuring strong, consistent communication with site teams.

You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers and Site teams to deliver projects from early procurement through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage subcontractor packages through delivery
• Build strong, direct working relationships with trades on site
• Drive programme outcomes through daily site engagement and progress tracking
• Manage RFIs, progress reporting and project documentation
• Identify and proactively resolve risks across programme, design and delivery
• Ensure compliance across safety, quality and programme requirements

What We’re Looking For

This role is best suited to candidates who have spent the majority of their experience working directly for a head contractor.

• Experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment, ideally builder-side or with a head contractor
• Strong exposure to commercial construction or major infrastructure projects
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and trade packages end-to-end
• Confidence engaging directly with site teams and trades daily
• Strong communication skills — clear, direct and able to influence outcomes on site
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline
