About the Role:

We are urgently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for an immediate start on a temporary assignment. You will be responsible for overseeing the fit-out of a large-scale education project. This role requires a strong focus on safety and quality, ensuring site operations align with programme and cost parameters. You will work with passionate teams to deliver high-quality educational facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site operations in line with project programs and budgets.
• Ensure trades operate safely and cooperatively, meeting contractual obligations.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality processes and legislative requirements, fostering a safety culture on site.
• Utilize the Hammertech system for capturing and reporting site operations.
• Conduct regular Health and Safety reviews and run daily pre-start meetings.
• Identify and manage risks and non-compliance issues proactively.
• Ensure all relevant inductions, records, registers, and licenses are in place for personnel and equipment on site.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and graduates.

What You’ll Bring:

• A genuine passion for the construction industry with a focus on safety.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, ideally within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment.
• Expertise in best practice construction and safety methodologies.
• A track record of delivering safe, high-quality construction projects.
• Experience in educational fit-out projects is highly desirable.
• Ability to effectively supervise and influence construction teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Familiarity with Hammertech or similar safety systems is advantageous.
• A collaborative approach and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
