 What you’ll do

  • Maintain a strong and regular site presence, working closely with the project team on day-to-day quality delivery.
  • Coordinate and embed quality requirements throughout planning, delivery, and handover activities.
  • Review construction documentation, ITPs and high-risk activities to ensure readiness before works commence.
  • Conduct surveillance of critical construction activities and identify emerging risks early.
  • Support the project team with issue resolution, NCR management and root-cause analysis.
  • Facilitate First of Kind checks for high-risk installations, documenting findings and improvement actions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all quality records in Visibuild and project systems.
  • Guide Trade Partners through onboarding, ITP approvals and quality expectations.
  • Participate in inspections, quality walks, and readiness reviews with Site Managers and Engineers.
  • Track project quality metrics, prepare weekly reports, and support continuous improvement across the project.
  • Foster proactive communication between construction, design, and commercial teams to ensure quality alignment.

Who you are:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in construction quality, site engineering, or project delivery within D&C or civil/infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of ITPs, surveillance, controlled inspections, construction quality processes and ISO or similar assuarance frameworks.
  • Ability to identify, assess and escalate high-risk quality issues in a fast-paced onsite environment.
  • Confident communicator who can influence, coach and build strong relationships with site teams and Trade Partners.
  • Strong digital capability, including Visibuild or similar quality management systems.
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities on a live project.
