What you’ll do:

• Lead pre-start meetings, safety reviews, and compliance checks daily. 
• Proactively plan work, ensuring projects meet time, cost, quality goals. 
• Identify and address non-compliance issues quickly. 
• Address unsafe work instantly and implement safety improvements. 
• Actively report incidents and ensure all required inductions/training. 
• Manage cost controls, approve variations with authorisation, and monitor site costs. 
• Mentor and lead others; contribute to reviews and upskill. 
• Use system tools like HammerTech to maintain records, permits, and audits easily. 

Who you are:

• A Site Supervisor with large-scale ($100M+ projects) commercial builder experience across at least three full project cycles.
• Committed to safe, high‑quality delivery.
• Skilled at influencing trade partners, consultants, and teams to achieve best‑practice outcomes in a fast‑paced setting.
• Confident using HammerTech, Visibuild, and site documentation to manage permits, inspections, ITPs, and reporting.
• A clear communicator with a can‑do attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated stable tenure—no frequent role changes.
