The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of building and facilities services within a mission‑critical, hyperscale data centre environment.

This role is responsible for ensuring safe, compliant and reliable operations while meeting client expectations, contractual requirements and Kapitol performance standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in live environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of integrated facilities and building services within a live data centre environment
• Ensure services meet agreed KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations
• Maintain operational uptime through proactive planning, issue resolution and risk management
• Manage planned and reactive works, minor projects and service improvements
• Coordinate contractors and service partners to ensure quality, safety and compliance
• Act as the primary client interface for service delivery matters
• Ensure compliance with legislative, safety, environmental and security requirements
• Provide clear reporting on performance, incidents, risks and improvement initiatives
• Lead by example in line with Kapitol’s Values and Leadership Philosophy

About You

You are a confident, solutions‑focused service delivery professional with experience operating in critical or highly regulated environments. You are comfortable managing live operations, engaging with clients and coordinating multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced settings.

You will bring:

• 10+ years’ experience in facilities management, building services or service delivery roles
• Experience in data centres or other mission‑critical environments
• Strong knowledge of building services systems and facilities operations
• Proven contractor and stakeholder management capability
• Solid operational and project management skills
• Strong communication and client‑facing experience

Desirable:

• Hyperscale data centre experience
• Engineering or facilities‑related tertiary qualification
