What You’ll Do:

• Process Re-engineering: Lead workshops and design sessions to solve complex process challenges.
• Cross-Functional Improvement: Partner with functional leads to design and embed end-to-end processes.
• Process Governance: Establish and monitor process standards, clarify ownership, and drive adherence.
• Capability Building: Coach leaders and teams in CI tools and techniques.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with IT to define the size, cost, and scope of initiatives.
• Measurement & Reporting: Track benefits and embed metrics for efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Strategic Support: Provide CI expertise to the Operations Manager for project design and delivery.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Leader: Expertise in Lean and structured CI methods, with a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements.
• Collaborative Communicator: Highly engaging and influential in embedding process ownership and accountability.
• Problem Solver: Hands-on approach to solving challenges and driving sustainable change.
• Industry Knowledgeable: Experience in construction or construction-related functions is advantageous.
• Governance Champion: Ability to balance governance with practical improvement delivery.
