We’re now looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to help us strengthen a culture of continuous learning and skill development across the business. You’ll partner with leaders and subject-matter experts to create engaging, data-driven learning experiences that empower our teams to be the best-trained talent in the industry.

You will embody an Inspirational approach to work.

What you’ll do:

  • Design and deliver learning programs (technical, behavioural, leadership and compliance) across face-to-face, virtual and digital channels.
  • Use tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, or Canva to build interactive, high-impact learning content.
  • Analyse learning data and performance insights to shape programs that drive measurable results.
  • Support facilitation of workshops, onboarding, and capability programs alongside internal experts.
  • Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring data accuracy and reporting on completion and engagement metrics.
  • Use AI tools to streamline content creation, automate learning workflows, and enhance our knowledge-sharing platforms.
  • Partner with the OD, Capability & Talent team and collaborate across P&C, HSE, IT, and Project Leadership - to align development initiatives with business priorities.
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and continuously improve design, delivery, and impact.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experienced in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or Instructional Design.
  • Skilled in digital authoring and learning platforms (Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, Canva, or similar).
  • Analytical mindset - comfortable using data and feedback to refine and measure learning outcomes.
  • Confident communicator with strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with AI tools and learning systems such as Litmos, Moodle, or Cornerstone.
  • Exposure to construction or project-based environments highly regarded.
