What You’ll Do

• Lead project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across program, cost, and quality objectives.
• Manage project design detailing, product selection, and defect elimination in collaboration with the Construction Manager.
• Oversee construction issue drawings, shop drawings, and procurement approvals.
• Ensure robust project documentation, including RFIs, HSEQ plans, and safety protocols.
• Drive sustainability objectives and targets, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
• Build and foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Provide leadership through regular site visits, safety compliance checks, and stakeholder engagement.

Who You Are

• Experience: 5–7 years in multi-apartment or commercial construction, with successful completion of at least three project cycles.
• Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Skills: Strong communication, advanced commercial acumen, and ability to manage environmental aspects of projects.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage trades, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Highly motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Detail-oriented and committed to organisational success.
• Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
