We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to join our team. The role will be based on site at our projects in Melbourne's inner west. You will ensure our facilities are well kept, organised, and stocked whilst supporting the team’s administration needs. We are a fast-paced and growing company, looking for passionate people that thrive on success and take pride in the quality of their work. Creative, innovative thinkers with strong learning mindsets make up our existing team – and we set out to bring aboard the same.

What you will do:

  • Various administrative tasks, e.g. raise POs, arrange meetings, issue invitations
  • Cleanliness and organisation of kitchen and lunchroom areas and equipment
  • Preparation and upkeep for meeting rooms and associated catering needs
  • Procurement and ordering of consumables and groceries
  • Plan lunches and small functions
  • Coordinate cleaning personnel

What you will bring:

  • Experience in a similar facilities, office, and administration coordination roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Problem-solving and time management skills – you can think on your feet
  • A can do, positive attitude and passion for doing things right first time
  • Passion for providing a high standard of office facilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Team first, collaborative approach
  • Attention to detail
