With a healthy and growing pipeline of work, we are looking for a talented and motivated Estimator to deliver the full tender process of small to medium scale projects. You will assist the team in the overall coordination of a portfolio of tenders, submissions and BOQs, aiding the coordination and production attractive, high-quality submissions. You will work in a team environment in support of the Senior Estimator and New Business Manager. We are a fast-paced and growing company, looking for passionate people that thrive on success and take pride in the quality of their work.

What you will do:

• Assisting in the preparation of tender proposals and submissions
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotes
• Partake in maintaining effective relationships with a range of external project stakeholders
• Contribute to maintaining accurate and up to date cost information
• Participate in tender interviews in support of the Senior Estimator
• Liaise with project teams and adhere to project schedules
• Suggest improvements for our estimating processes and systems

What you will bring:

• Genuine passion for the Construction industry and Estimating
• Tertiary qualified in Construction Management / a related discipline or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experienced working as an Estimator across multiple projects in a Tier 1 or 2 setting (desirable)
• New construction and fitout background (desirable)
• CostX and Estimate One experience (desirable)
• Knowledge of construction systems and methodologies
• Strong relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to juggle multiple priorities and context switch quickly
• A strong team focus, and highly motivated
