As Kapitol continues to grow across multiple major projects, quality remains at the centre of how we deliver. We are looking for an experienced Quality Partner to support our project teams, strengthen our assurance processes, and help drive a consistent standard of excellence across the business. This is a key role within our Quality team - ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys mentoring others, and is passionate about lifting industry standards.

What you’ll do:
- Maintain a strong, regular presence across project sites to support quality delivery
- Facilitate quality readiness reviews and coach teams on best-practice implementation
- Conduct surveillance on high-risk construction activities and identify emerging risks
- Complete 2nd line assurance activities, including weekly site audits and supply chain reviews
- Manage Trade Partner onboarding, ITP reviews and approvals within required timeframes
- Lead First of Kind reviews for high-risk installations
- Investigate NCRs, support root-cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are closed out
- Maintain all quality records and workflows within the Visibuild ecosystem
- Provide clear, data-driven quality reporting to project and business leaders
- Collaborate with project teams, Trade Partners and the Quality function to drive continuous improvement
What you’ll bring:
- 5-7+ years’ experience in construction quality, site engineering or project delivery
- Strong understanding of ITPs, surveillance, auditing and risk-based quality management
- Experience using digital quality platforms (e.g., Visibuild)
- Ability to identify quality risks early and support practical issue resolution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coach, mentor and influence project teams and Trade Partners
- Solid documentation skills and strong computer literacy
- Exposure to high-risk construction activities and First of Kind processes
- Understanding of ISO standards or structured QA/QC environments
- Experience improving quality systems, workflows or supply chain quality processes
