This role will play a key part in strengthening the completion and handover period across our data centre projects. Working closely with our Services and Commissioning teams, you’ll help ensure the quality of our handover documentation matches the quality of our delivery.

 What you’ll do

• Lead the completion and handover documentation process across data centre projects.
• Collate key project documentation including O&M manuals, asset registers, commissioning records, warranties and handover packs.
• Work with Project Managers, Services Managers, Commissioning teams, consultants and subcontractors to gather, review and close out required information.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness and quality before client handover.
• Track outstanding items, close gaps and keep stakeholders aligned to agreed handover timelines.
• Support a smooth transition from project delivery into client operation and defects liability period.
• Contribute to improved completion processes, templates and standards for future critical infrastructure projects.

Who you are

• Experience working on data centre projects or similarly complex technical builds
• Familiar with completions, commissioning, handover and DLP processes within a construction environment
• Strong capability in reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation with a high level of attention to detail
• Confident working across project delivery, services, commissioning teams and client-side stakeholders
• Clear and structured communicator who can drive accountability, coordination and quality through the final stages of delivery
