We are currently hiring Graduates for our Services team! You will work on commercial construction projects, and will assist our project teams in delivering exceptional building services outcomes for our clients. We offer a comprehensive, 2-year graduate program where you will gain exposure across all facets of construction Services. You will also partake in monthly technical and interpersonal skills training forums. We are a fast-paced and growing company, looking for passionate people that thrive on success and take pride in the quality of their work. What you’ll do:

• Learn from a team of experienced and passionate Building Services construction professionals
• Assist the Services team all phases from tendering to design, construction and commissioning, to deliver exceptional outcomes to customers
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
• Help coordinate services delivery within overall building design, installation testing and verification at commissioning phase
• Help ensure building services packages are compliant with relevant design and safety codes

What you’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
• A genuine interest in pursuing Building Services in the Construction industry long-term
• Curiosity to continually learn about Building Services and apply that learning to a career in construction management
• Initiative and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative approach and a focus on teamwork
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
