What you’ll do:

  • You’ll make a difference in this role by delivering high-quality administrative support to the People & Culture team
  • support the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment and selection, induction, professional development and training, employee engagement initiatives and managing exits
  • respond to the transactional needs of the organisation, maintaining employee records and compliance requirements, conducting data analysis and generating reports as required

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in Human Resources, Commence, Business or a related field
  • general understanding of the Australian industrial landscape, Fair Work Act, enterprise agreement interpretation and workplace health and safety
  • Proficiency with Gen-AI, Microsoft suite, HRIS, LITMOS or similar platforms
  • A meticulous eye for detail with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities
  • Assured communication skills to work across all levels of a business, with the ability to build positive relationships and maintain strict confidentiality.
