What you’ll do:
- Rotate across core HR functions: talent acquisition, employee experience, learning and development and policy development
- Co-create initiatives that shape our inclusive, high-performing culture
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Dive into real projects from day one—no coffee runs here (unless it’s for yourself ☕)
What you bring:
- A recent degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- A thirst for innovation, automation and all things AI
- Curiosity, empathy, and a collaborative spirit
- A knack for communication and a love for people
