As our sustained growth continues, we are introducing a new position to support our multiple major Data Centre projects. We’re looking for an experienced Logistics and Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced building materials environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate and execute efficient logistics plans in collaboration with the Logistics and Warehouse Manager and site-based project coordinators.
• Optimise logistics operations to minimise truck movements across suppliers, subcontractors, and off-site teams.
• Coordinate, track, and document incoming materials to ensure uninterrupted delivery of construction materials.
• Coordinate and communicate resource requirements, including supervision of materials handlers and forklift operators.

What You’ll Need

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex, multi-phase plans while adapting to changing project requirements.
• Effective problem solver with a flexible, proactive approach and strong on-the-spot decision-making skills.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise under pressure.
• Knowledge of building materials and construction projects.
