 With a healthy and growing pipeline of work, we are looking for talented and driven Senior Project Coordinators. In this role, you will primarily assist across scope, subcontractor management, stakeholder communications, and procurement on a range of diverse projects. We are a fast-paced and growing company, looking for passionate people that thrive on success and take pride in the quality of their work.

 What you will do: 

• Deliver exceptional outcomes to customers on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety standards 
• Prepare scopes of work 
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure required approvals are obtained 
• Manage project administration including correspondence, agendas and reports 
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors 
• Identify and manage risks and issues in liaison with Site Managers and Project Managers 
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle 
• Provide regular and accurate reporting on project and risk status 
• Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality and Design standards 
• Provide input for the tender and ECI process 
• Assist CAs with variations and contract administration 
• Coach and mentor our Graduates, Cadets and Project Coordinators 

 What you will bring: 

• A genuine passion for the Construction industry 
• Tertiary qualified in Construction Management or a related discipline 
• Minimum of 4-5 years of Project Coordination experience, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment 
• Exposure to a variety of medium-to-large scale projects, e.g. commercial, residential and education 
• Strong track record of contributing to project delivery in alignment with schedules, budgets and customer expectations 
• Demonstrated technical understanding of construction methodologies 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Aconex and Hammertech (highly desirable) 
• Collaborative approach and focused upon teamwork 
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
