Kapitol is delivering one of our largest and most technically complex data centre projects, and we are looking for a Site Compliance Officer to support our project teams in maintaining the highest standards of site discipline and safety compliance.

This role is critical in ensuring all trade partners and workers onsite adhere to Kapitol’s PPE and site compliance requirements. You will have a strong presence on site, confidently holding teams accountable and working closely with site leadership to ensure standards are consistently maintained.

This role will suit someone with strong construction site experience who is comfortable engaging with teams and enforcing compliance expectations.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct regular site walks to ensure all personnel are wearing required PPE and complying with site standards
  • Monitor compliance across multiple work zones and trade partner teams
  • Identify and address non-compliance quickly and professionally
  • Escalate repeated or serious breaches to site leadership
  • Maintain records of compliance audits and observations
  • Provide clear reporting to project management on compliance trends and issues
  • Work closely with Site Managers, Supervisors and Safety team to reinforce safety expectations
  • Support a culture of accountability and disciplined site operations
