About Kapitol
Kapitol is investing in building a scalable, high-impact learning model that reflects the way our business operates, fast, technical, and grounded in real project delivery.
We are focused on evolving toward a model that is business-led, SME-powered and enabled by modern learning systems and AI, where valuable knowledge is captured effectively, structured in a way that drives performance, and deployed quickly to where it’s needed most.
This newly created role will play a key part in shaping that direction. You’ll work as part of a high-performing Learning, Talent & Capability team, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and SMEs across the business to bring this model to life.
Our ambition is to be industry-leading in how we capture, structure and apply learning, using technology and AI in a way that is practical, scalable and grounded in real work.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on innovation role that blends learning design, stakeholder discovery, tooling, and scalable production workflows.
- Own the AI-enabled learning approach: continuously scan, test and recommend tools, systems and workflows that enhance learning quality, speed and engagement
- Work across a suite of learning systems and authoring tools, ensuring the right mix is used to create efficient, high-quality learning outputs
- Define what “good” looks like at Kapitol: standards for format, structure, tone, length, production quality, templates and quality controls
- Rapidly identify learning opportunities with stakeholders (project issues, recurring patterns, operational insights), and translate these into targeted learning solutions
- Extract knowledge from SMEs and convert complex workflows into clear, practical, outcome-focused learning content
- Enable teams to capture and contribute knowledge directly (e.g. short-form videos, walkthroughs, on-the-job insights), then structure and deploy this as learning at speed
- Use AI-supported approaches to bundle, build and deploy training quickly for specific business needs or challenges
- Build repeatable frameworks (templates, workflows, publishing standards) so learning becomes scalable and increasingly self-sustaining over time
- Maintain strong governance around content quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
