What You’ll Do:
- Lead program governance for Kapitol’s operating model implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Head of Program to drive program-wide initiatives and deliver measurable value.
- Provide hands-on support to define, scope, and deliver cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- Monitor initiative progress, providing transparent reporting focused on outcomes, not just activity.
- Facilitate prioritisation forums to allocate resources to high-impact initiatives.
- Coach and mentor initiative leads to build change delivery capability across the organisation.
Who You Are:
- Consulting Expertise: Experience as a senior or managing consultant, ideally transitioning into an industry role.
- Program Management Skills: Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies.
- Industry Experience: Background in large construction companies or related fields like engineering, infrastructure, or energy industries.
- Change Delivery Experience: Strong background in delivering business improvement initiatives, including customer experience design and process re-engineering.
- Practical Problem-Solver: Focused on outcomes over process, with a data-driven mindset.
- Collaborative Leader: Skilled in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and influencing across functions.
- Resilient & Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
