What you’ll do
- Assist with procurement of materials, subcontract documentation, and assessing quotes for various projects.
- Respond to on-site requests, assist with engagement processes, and ensure contract execution and pre-start compliance.
- Support project variation management, including obtaining trade variations and preparing head contract variation submissions.
- Handle Head Contract & Subcontract administration and track project expenditure with monthly reporting.
- Manage supply cost determinations, data entry, and general administrative tasks
Who you are
- Passionate about the construction industry with a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field.
- 2 to 3+ years of experience in construction, ideally within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environment, with JOBPAC and MS Suite proficiency.
- Agile thinker with developing negotiation skills, strong communication abilities, and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Able to work both autonomously and in teams, contributing to organisational success through clear record-keeping and collaboration.
